Visita di un antico liquorificio

Radicato da secoli in una delle zone più suggestive dell’entroterra ligure, il Liquorificio Fabbrizii aveva interrotto la sua produzione durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale.
Oggi, grazie all’iniziativa della pronipote, le storiche ricette di Giovanni Fabbrizii hanno ripreso vita e il Liquorificio è stato riaperto a Rezzoaglio, nel cuore della Val d’Aveto.

All’interno del Liquorificio Fabbrizii è possibile scoprire la storia dell’Amaro Fabbrizii e dell’Aperitivo Fabbrizii, creati alla fine del 1800.
Liquori che hanno ricevuto lettere di apprezzamento dalle autorità mediche dell’epoca e dalle case reali.

In un percorso sensoriale avrete l’opportunità di scoprire le diverse erbe che lo compongono e il processo di produzione.
A conclusione del tour una degustazione di prodotti e un aperitivo con i nostri liquori e prodotti locali.

Rooted for centuries in one of the most picturesque areas of the Ligurian hinterland, the Liquorificio Fabbrizii had stopped its production during World War II.

Today, thanks to the initiative of his great-granddaughter, Giovanni Fabbrizii’s historic recipes have been revived and the Liquorificio has been reopened in Rezzoaglio, in the heart of Val d’Aveto

Inside the Fabbrizii Liquor Factory you can discover the history of Fabbrizii Amaro and Fabbrizii Aperitif, created in the late 1800s. Liquors that received letters of appreciation from the medical authorities of the time and from royal houses.

In a s ensory journey you will have the opportunity to discover the different herbs that make it up and the manufacturing process. At the conclusion of the tour a product tasting and an aperitif with our liqueurs and local products.
