S. Valentine in love in Camogli

And it is precisely to them that Camogli dedicates an event every year since 1988 in the month of February in which the entire town is involved, with a rich programme of entertainment, cultural events, and food and wine proposals specifically designed to celebrate Love

These include the Valentine’s Day souvenir plate of Camogli, which is proposed each year with a different image. The town’s restaurant owners, who are offering menus dedicated to couples in love for the occasion, will present their customers with this collector’s item, which has now become a veritable collector’s item.

Every year, hundreds of works from Italy and abroad come to Camogli for the Poesie D’Amore (Love Poems) Review, while there are numerous participants in the “I love Camogli photo competition”, which aims to immortalise the most romantic scenes of this beautiful seaside village.

During the inauguration evening, awards are presented each year by the Association of shopkeepers and the Municipality of Camogli to personalities who have shown particular interest in the town, and these are entered in a special Golden Register.
