The Milk Cycle: from milking to cheese

A unique experience, starting with the milking of the goats, passing through the filtering of milk and the curdling process, will lead participants to produce goat cheese and ricotta with their own hands. A workshop enriched by a visit to the farm and stories from the owners of the farm, at the end of which everyone will be able to taste the freshly made products together. Duration about 2 hours.
