TRAINING? WITH RI.CRE.S IS FUNDED
Financed Training is a type of training paid for using resources from public programs, such as community resources (national or regional) and, for long-life learning for workers, from Interprofessional Funds. It is aimed at different types of users and tends to be divided into two main areas: training for newly graduated / unemployed people; training for workers.
Ri.Cre.S Srl, founded in 2011 by Alessandro Sauda and Paola Zaganelli, operates in the field of funded training and business consulting throughout the country.
What we do is help companies (small, medium and large) to define corporate training needs, identify the most effective teaching tools and training methodologies, obtain agreements between the Social Partners, draw up the training plan in line with the selected public notices (financed by Interprofessional Funds and other funding lines, such as the “Fondo Nuove Competenze” and the European Social Fund), recruit the trainers in charge of the courses and, finally, manage the plan and report on it.
Increasing the skills of staff, optimizes the company’s performance and competitiveness and at the same time motivates people, because it gives them new professional tools for the future, thus also supplementing their resumes.
And a company that takes care to provide its employees with new skills and knowledge improves the workplace climate and enhances employees by strengthening team spirit. All of this leads to an improvement in the company’s own image because people who are competent, skilled and responsive to the needs of work and customers are always the best investment for their business.
