A fun and tasty activity, which will take you to discover the gastronomic tradition of Tigullio, with an exciting tour in the historical centre of Rapallo, to taste the various local specialities.
Guided by a histrionic professional in the field, guests can truly live as if they were locals, visiting the fruit and vegetable market, entering a homemade pasta factory where traditional pansoti are prepared with walnut sauce or tasting a piece of freshly baked cheese focaccia, accompanied by a good glass of fresh white wine. And then again the opportunity to prepare with the chef the authentic Pesto with the traditional mortar.
At the end of this taste experience you cannot miss a taste of “pandolce Genovese”, the most classic of our desserts!
