San Fruttuoso Abbey reopens to the public

02/02/2021 -  After a few months of closure due to the measures taken by the Government to contain the Covid-19 pandemic, from Thursday 4 February 2021 the Abbey of San Fruttuoso will reopen to the public.

For the time being, at least until the end of February, it will only be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10.00 am to 3.45 pm, but it will be possible to take part in a guided tour at 11.30 am and 1.30 pm.
In compliance with the requirements of the latest measures, the Property Manager of the Abbey of San Fruttuoso, architect Alessandro Capretti, will take guests on a guided tour of the outside to learn about the history of this wonderful village, discovering the settlement of San Fruttuoso from the various points of view of history, environment, material culture and the restorations that have maintained until today an extraordinary monument set in a traditional fishing village.

From 6 to 14 February 2021, Valentine's Day can also be celebrated in the name of culture and art: on the occasion of the event "Valentine's Day...in love in Camogli" all couples visiting the Abbey of San Fruttuoso on 9 and 11 February will pay a single ticket.
