For MTB enthusiasts and those who want to take an excursion outside the usual schemes, the Bike Tour in the Portofino Park is definitely an experience to try.
The tour starts in S. Margherita Ligure and immediately includes the panoramic uphill route along the Via Aurelia from the sea to Portofino Vetta. It then continues along the paths of the Portofino Park with an authorised guide, gradually descending towards the sea of the Tigullio Gulf. A refreshing stop at the Gassetta Mill and then on to Portofino, always crossing evocative views of Mediterranean scrub.
After a short stop in Portofino, return to Santa Margherita along the coastal road.
