  Cartoons on the Bike is the first special event of the Cartoon Village at Cartoons on the Bay. On April 17th, 2010, during the International Television and Multimedia Animation Festival of Rai Trade, Tigullio will host a time-trial racing from Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Ruta di Camogli to Rapallo Cartoons on the Bike is organized in cooperation with Circolo Sportivo Rai, Rai Sport and promoted by Rai Trade. Each team, composed by kids of all ages, will be headed by a personality of sports and economics, that will choose a comics or animation celebrity character as flag, to gain the Trophy dedicated to Franco Ballerini. Among the Managers: Paolo Garimberti, Alessadro Garrone, Gianfranco Comanducci , Paolo Barilla, Matteo Marzotto, Mauro Benetton and many others. Among sport personalities: Davide Cassani, Mario Cipollini, Francesco Moser, Andrea Lucchetta, Alessandra Sensini, Fabrizio Macchi, Gianni Bugno, Maurizio Fondriest, Yuri Chechi, Antonio Rossi, Giorgio Di Centa, Pietro Piller Cottrer, Pietro Martini, Claudio Gentile, Werner Heel, Ivan Gotti, Max Lelli and Miguel Indurain.
