Portofino Coast Ligurian Cookings Testaieu
Ingredients for 4 servings
300 grams of flour
water
4 pinches of salt



Instructions
Mix the ingredients together, trying to make the mixture rather liquid.
Pour into a hot greased pan; cook the batter on both sides as if making a crepe.

Suggestions
This is a very simple but very tasty dish. For best results, "testetti" should be used.
The batter is poured into these terracotta bowls which are stacked and placed over a wood fire for cooking.
