Ingredients
eggs
cheese
Parmesan
marjoram
garlic
pine seeds
carrot
peas
mortadella
veal pancetta



Instructions
Boil separately the eggs, carrot and peas.
Chop the garlic and pine seeds and cube the mortadella.
Put all ingredients together and mix.
Stuff the veal pocket with the filling, sew closed and boil in broth.
After cooking, place a weight on top and let cool.
